Construction trades are at the key interface between the application of lean principles and the value-adding tasks of putting work in place on construction projects. Investing in how methods align with contractors and implementing that framework supports continuous improvement and promotes customer value. This session will present jointly funded research by LCI, ELECTRI International, New Horizons Foundation, and the John R. Gentille Foundation to summarize findings on benefits observed by trades. Newly created resources will help put the information and resources directly in the hands of craft and field leadership to support continuous improvement.
